Question 1

What types of events do you provide photo booths for?

Accepted Answer

We provide photo booth rentals for weddings, corporate events, birthday parties, baby showers, holiday parties, galas, and more throughout Vancouver and the Lower Mainland.

Question 2

How far in advance should I book?

Accepted Answer

We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially during peak wedding and holiday seasons. Popular dates fill up fast!

Question 3

Do you offer custom photo strip designs?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We customize the print design to match your event theme, including logos, colours, fonts, and personalized text at no extra charge.

Question 4

Can guests share photos digitally?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! Guests can download and share images straight to their phones via QR code or text, in addition to receiving instant printed copies.

Question 5

What areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

We serve Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey, Richmond, Coquitlam, Langley, and the entire Lower Mainland area in British Columbia. Travel fees may apply for locations beyond the Lower Mainland.

Question 6

How quickly do guests get the digital copy of their photos?

Accepted Answer

Within seconds. Guests scan the QR code on the booth screen and the full-resolution photo goes straight to their phone — no app to download and no sign-up. The printed strip comes out at the same time, so everyone leaves with both.

Question 7

Do you offer a retro or vintage style photo booth?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our retro photo booth has a wood body styled after a 1940s press camera with a warm studio dish light, and a modern DSLR running inside it. It is more compact than our mirror booth — around a 5 by 5 foot corner — so it fits smaller venues, backyard receptions, and restaurant spaces where a full-size booth won't go.

Question 8

What is a video guest book and how does it work?

Accepted Answer

Our video guest book is a moulded picture-frame wall with a screen and a handheld microphone. Guests pick up the mic, tap once, and leave you a message on camera. You get every recording back as edited video clips — a modern take on the paper guest book that people actually rewatch.

Question 9

Can I book more than one booth or add-on for the same event?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and most clients do. You can combine the mirror booth, retro booth, video guest book, floral backdrops, and photo or video coverage into a single booking — one team, one setup crew, and one invoice. Tick everything you're interested in on our contact form and we'll quote the bundle.

Question 10

What's included in a photo booth rental package?

Accepted Answer

Our packages typically include the photo booth setup, an on-site attendant, unlimited prints, a digital gallery, props, and custom print designs. Specific inclusions vary by package — contact us for details.

Question 11

Do you provide backdrops?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We offer a wide selection of premium backdrops including sequin walls, flower walls, balloon garlands, and custom branded backdrops for corporate events.

Question 12

How much does a photo booth rental cost in Vancouver?

Accepted Answer

Most Vancouver photo booth packages run between $700 and $1,400 depending on hours, backdrop, and add-ons. Every package includes unlimited prints, a digital gallery, props, and an on-site attendant. Send us your event details for an exact quote.

Question 13

How much space and power does the booth need?

Accepted Answer

We need roughly an 8 by 8 foot footprint and a single standard power outlet within 25 feet. Indoor venues, tented receptions, and most banquet halls work well. Let your venue coordinator know in advance.

Question 14

Do you provide a venue Certificate of Insurance (COI)?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We carry full liability insurance and can issue a COI naming your venue at no extra charge. Just send us the venue contact info when you book.

Question 15

What is your cancellation and postponement policy?

Accepted Answer

Deposits are refundable up to 60 days before your event. Postponements are free if we have your new date open. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
