1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Mirror Memories Studios' services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Mirror Memories Studios provides photo booth rentals, backdrop rentals, videography, and photography services for events in the Vancouver and Lower Mainland area. Service details, pricing, and availability are subject to change.
3. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event date. We accept e-transfer, credit card, and other methods as communicated during booking.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event are eligible for a partial refund (minus the deposit). Cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
5. Liability
Mirror Memories Studios is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use of our services or equipment during events. Clients are responsible for ensuring a safe setup environment.
6. Intellectual Property
All photos and videos captured during events may be used by Mirror Memories Studios for marketing and portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the event.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
